Folghor began with a simple observation: almost all of the best fruit never makes it into a shop. It's too ripe to travel, too fragile to stock, too seasonal to list. We work with a small group of growers across the Mediterranean and beyond, picking at full maturity and shipping the same day — so that a peach tastes like a peach, and a strawberry still smells of the field it came from.
